Scope of Services: Kaboom Collab is a curated creative hub that connects visionaries (creators) and clients within the music, arts, and entertainment industries. These Terms of Service govern the use of Kaboom Collab’s website, tools, and services for both visionaries and clients.

Acceptance of Terms: By using Kaboom Collab, users agree to these Terms of Service. Kaboom Collab reserves the right to modify the terms periodically, with updates communicated to users.

2. Account Registration and Use

Eligibility and Account Approval: Kaboom Collab is a curated platform. Visionaries must request to join, and each request is carefully reviewed. Approved users are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information and keeping login credentials secure.

User Conduct: All users must act professionally and respectfully. Kaboom Collab enforces a no-tolerance policy for unprofessional conduct. Any misuse, harassment, or behavior that violates community standards may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Project and Service Agreements

Project Posting and Application: Clients are responsible for posting clear project descriptions and expectations. Visionaries applying for projects commit to delivering quality services as outlined in the agreement.

Service Contracts: Standard contracts are provided for all projects, covering timelines, deliverables, intellectual property rights, and non-disclosure. Both clients and visionaries are required to honor these terms.

Optional Collab Rooms: Collab Rooms (Soundscapes, Art Exhibits, Think Tank Collaboratives) are optional and can be requested if they enhance the project. These tools are available upon approval.

4. Payments and Fees

Payment Structure: Kaboom Collab processes payments securely. Payments may be structured as one-time or milestone-based, as agreed between clients and visionaries.

Fees and Commissions: Kaboom Collab charges a commission on transactions, based on a tiered structure. Fees are transparently communicated, with deductions made before visionaries receive payment.

Refunds and Dispute Resolution: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Disputes should be resolved directly between clients and visionaries whenever possible, with Kaboom Collab mediation as a last resort.

5. Professional Standards and Dispute Resolution

Professional Conduct: Kaboom Collab is committed to fostering a professional, collaborative environment. Visionaries are expected to maintain professionalism and resolve disputes with clients directly. Kaboom Collab intervention is only a final step.

No-Tolerance Policy: Unprofessional conduct may result in suspension or removal from Kaboom Collab.

6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Ownership and Transfer: Project deliverables’ ownership is transferred based on contract terms, typically transferring to the client upon project completion and payment.

Non-Disclosure: All parties must keep project information confidential. Standard contracts include non-disclosure clauses to ensure trust and professionalism.

7. Termination and Account Suspension

Grounds for Termination: Kaboom Collab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for unprofessional behavior or violations of these Terms of Service.

User-Initiated Termination: Users may close their accounts at any time, provided all active contracts and payments are resolved.
